Cancellation & Refunds
1. Service-Based Nature
OpenXcode provides IT services, including but not limited to:
- Website & application development
- Software solutions
- IT consulting
- Maintenance & support services
Since our offerings are service-based and customized, refunds and cancellations are subject to the conditions mentioned below.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Clients may request cancellation of a service by contacting us via email or official communication channels.
- Cancellation requests will be considered only if the project work has not yet started.
- Once the project has started, or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be provided for services that have already been delivered, partially completed, or are in progress.
- If a payment is made in advance and the project has not yet started, a refund may be considered after deducting applicable administrative or processing charges.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind after project initiation
- Delay caused due to lack of information or response from the client
- Services already delivered as per the agreed scope
- Custom or milestone-based work already completed
5. Payment Disputes
In case of any payment-related concerns, clients are encouraged to contact us directly before raising a dispute with the payment gateway or bank. We aim to resolve issues amicably and promptly.
